Where to eat

Where to eat Cornish ShellfishCornish shellfish is the freshest, tastiest and simply the best. It’s hard to beat a just-cooked crab or lobster, landed earlier that morning, only a matter of hours from pot to plate.

Cornish shellfish can be found in cafes, pubs, hotels and restaurants across the county, in everything from a crab sandwich to a lobster salad or oven roast spider crab.

Shellfish is not just delicious but also good for you. It’s nutritious, stuffed full of vitamins, minerals and Omega-3 essential oils, low in fat and calories and easy to prepare at home.
